Pat Lavelle FCCA

Pat is a business turnaround and restructuring specialist working in the SME sector. He has substantial experience working with distressed businesses. We are retained by companies that are in financial difficulty or who want to improve their financial performance.

A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Pat spent 13 years working in corporate insolvency and has worked on some of the country’s largest insolvency cases.

In addition Pat has also held several senior management positions with companies ranging in size from multi-national to family owned. Pat is also an experienced interim manager. He has experience in the following sectors; retail pharmacy, equipment rental, industrial gases, aircraft maintenance, wholesale distribution, hotel and leisure, construction and manufacturing

More recently Pat has led the development and implementation of survival plans.

Geraldine Lavelle B. Msc., MPSI.

A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Geraldine has over 25 years experience in retail pharmacy. For the last 17 years she has been owner/manager of her own pharmacy in Dublin.

Geraldine has helped our pharmacy clients to significantly improve their margins through improved buying practices, more efficient stock turns, cost reductions and targeted marketing strategies.

Tony Bateman, eMBA, BA (mgt)

For the last 10 years Tony has been  running his own business in the FMCG sector. He has researched the importance of” branding in start-up companies” and how it effects the consumer’s perception of the company, its goods and services.

Prior to this Tony held several senior management positions with a large multinational FMCG business. He specialised in new business launches and the integration of new acquisitions into the main business. He also has experience in retail back to an early career in the supermarket business.

Tony advises companies on General Management, Marketing, Sales, and Route to Market.
